Staff Dashboards Showing Only Location Subgroup Choices

Hello,

I am having the same problem as discussed in this post https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/107084/dashboard-how-to-compare-staff-related-groups.html

I have version 21.2.2 - what version of FlexSim was that bug corrected? Is there a workaround?

My healthcare organization has to go through a lengthy vetting process for updating our software.

This bug has not been fixed yet. I will increase its priority on the dev list. The issue is that the properties window (showing the list of involved groups) isn't updating properly when you click on different charts; it's showing the list from a previous chart; somehow it gets stuck on the Locations list. The workaround is to:

Click on an empty space in the dashboard, so that no charts are selected
Close the properties window and reopen it (select View in the main menu, and then choose Properties)
Click on the chart you want to edit.

If you are upgrading, I would recommend updating to version 22.0.1. Version 22.0 will receive bug fix releases (22.0.2, 22.0.3, etc.) until April of 2023. Version 21.2 is no longer receiving bug fixes, so this bug will only be fixed in later versions.

If it isn't possible to upgrade to version 22.0, I would recommend you at least get the latest bug fix version, 21.2.4. We fix bugs frequently, and it's better if you can get the latest.
