Helo, i have problem on the timetable. How to make with some condition:

1.it have 5 working days (120 hours with 8 hours warm-up)

2. After 5 days of work, the line is completely stopped for a weekend and in the next week a new warm-up is required.

3. Available work time is reduced by cleaning of machine (15 minutes per shift) and a rest pause for operator (15 min per shift) and is equal to 465 minutes per shift for processor and 450 min for operator

Use more time tables for different down states.

You can change the down state for each stoppage in a single timetable.

Timetables are for defining planned unavailability. I would put the operator shifts/ in one timetable and the machine schedule in another. Use the calendar based timetable and add the week's profile as repeating down events - repeating every 7 days where applicable, or for longer (e.g. quarterly) maintenance, add those as individual stoppages.

Attached is an example of how you might set up an operator and machine timetable.

Can you post the model? I just showed how to represent the times and split it between machine and operators.
