How to fit release waiting area activity in this process flow since it doesn't have max wait timer option?

Why would it need a wait timer? The waiting area should be released when the patients leaves it, so after acquiring either of the chairs (regular or overflow).
You also don't need the wait for event, the token can wait directly in the Acquire activity. This is actually better, as otherwise, if two or more tokens were waiting they would all be released to acquire the chair. But since only one can acquire it, the others would be stuck there, waiting for the regular chair.
