I have created a small example model where FlexSim crashed directly after you press run. The crash seems to be caused by the AGV network and some path off set travel. The AGV gets a travel task to the control point directly behind the curve, with a path offset of -1. The control point is close to the start of the straight path, so I can imagine that the destination calculation is difficult/impossible. However crashing is not the solution I think. A clear exception message would be preferred.
(In this situation, when stopping before the control point stopping at the path the AGV is traveling on to the control point would also be a good solution).
