Ploblem with Global table

Hello, In this B2B case model, I want to make transporter unload the boxes on pallet by global table, and after unloading,I want to make operator go to the queue for picking.

For example:
Transporter1 unload the boxes on pallet to Separator1,the boxes will be separated to Queue3 and waiting for operator pick, after picking, the boxes will combined with pallet, and send to Queue2 waiting for the operator picking finish ,then the operator will use pallet jack unload on Queue1.

Or any smart way to do this operation?

Please see the attached .fsm file.

Regards,

Shawn

Why are you unloading to a seperator that then feeds a combiner directly? Why not just place the pallet somewhere and have the operator pick boxes from it.?

Hi Jason, Thanks for your response. It's a smarter way to do what I was doing already!
Can you make a demo model to let me know how to do that operation?

Here's quick example of just that mechanism - no consideration of the large task of picking boxes based on order requirements - it's just to show how to pick from a bulk pallet using the list of items. The items are pushed to the list on the entry trigger of the picking position. The operator has in instanced process flow (again no decision has been included on which order to process or when to stop taking from the list).
