Can't export 3ds objects from 3D warehouse

In the past I was able to change basic fixed resources appearance using the browser and selecting the SketchUp file I want. Today I am having problems importing. The imported objects are blank. The files are 2020's SketchUp version. I was able to open previous Flexsim versions where I imported 3ds objects too but I can't import new one's either. empty.png

FlexSim 22.1.0

This post may provide you with some more information. There are many references to using sketchup files within this forum.

Are you saying file that imported into FlexSim okay no longer import /display on the same hardware?

If you have files that you think should work, can you upload them for us to check?

The only versions available to import from SketchUp are 2020's versions. I think the last update from Flexsim was 2019 versions. I am attaching some files for you to test. @Jason Lightfoot screenshot-2022-05-11-085715.png

Yes I get exceptions trying to import those. You can convert them using free tools - for example Blender has addons for import/export of .skp and .fbx.

You can export the .skp file as .3ds using SketchUp software and then try importing it.
