How can I simulate more than 1 part ?

Hello to the community,

Today I am confronted with a problem for which I cannot find the answer.

The process consists in assembling bikes in 6 operations (1 per processor),

The principle is as follows:

+Poste 1 manufactures for Poste 2

+Poste 3 manufactures for Poste 4

+Poste 5 is made for Poste 4

+An assembly is made with the parts of the processor 2,3 and 5.

+The whole is then brought to station 6

+I added a label to each operation in order to sort them out at Poste 7.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but since I did this manipulation my simulation stops after the manufacturing of a single bike.

I'm still looking for causes on my side, but I'm not against an external opinion.

Have a nice day.

I can see that on the "Poste 7 Qualité" not all labels appear, only the 1/2/4/6.

I continue my research

Hi Alexis,

10% of the products are sent to the output port #2 of Poste6:

But Poste6 has only 1 output port:

You need to create a 2nd output connexion, otherwise the product sent to output port #2 never leaves Poste6.

Hope this helps.
