The warehousing model is running and in-between the racks go in idle state. I am not able to figure out why it is happening. Please help.

Could you provide some more information or if possible upload your model? You can also make this question private so only FlexSim staff can see it.
"in-between the racks go in idle state" is not a lot to go by. At what point do they change their state? What state should they be in instead? How is your model controlled; are you using port connections or process flow to control the material flow?
