Why I'm getting Optquest Error?

opt-quest-error.pngnetframework.pngI don't know why it is showing Optquest error.

I'm using stand-alone optquest license. It is working fine in another pc but it is not working in mine.

The Flexism license is activated through LIC.

I tried to solve the issue by enabling .netframework 3.5 but even then it is not working.

Hello @Ujjwal J,

HC 5.3 has reached its end of life. Please contact your local distributor to upgrade your FlexSim Version.

Unfortunately, the error message you received is not helpful with diagnosing the problem. Here is a list of possible solutions.

  • Upgrade your license and use a newer version of FlexSim.
  • reinstall FlexSim
  • run Flexsim as administrator

You should have no problem reinstalling - the installer is still available in the download section of the account.

Try reinstalling the program after installing the .NET Framework 3.5, as described in OptQuest in HC5.3.6 - FlexSim Community
