Changing colour lightness for non-utilized analysis states

<div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline">Hello, where can I change transparency (A value in color palette) for non-utilized analyst states? Every time when I restart the simulation, A value of 255 goes back to 51. Is it possible to change this default value 51 to more for non-utilized analyst states?</div>

where can I change colour lightness (A value in color palette) for non-utilized analysis states?

  Every time when I restart the simulation, A value of 255 goes back to 51. Is it possible to change this default value 51 to something else for non-utilized analysis.
