Experfit not working

Hello,

I have two clients with the same problem, when they open Experfit they cannot use it because there is no buttons and they get this error.

What may be cousing this?

Thanks @Phil BoBo , we tried that and we still have the same problem. Should they try to reinstall FlexSim?

You could try reinstalling FlexSim to hope that maybe it does something different than the first time, but that seems like a long shot.

That error happens when the ocx files aren't registered. If they aren't registering, then maybe there's some indication why when you manually register them. This is what it looks like when the bat file successfully registers them:

If there are error messages in the output of running that script, perhaps those will give you an indication of what is wrong.

"we tried that and we still have the same problem." is not enough information to give you any other suggestions.
