2022 Update 1 vs 2022 Discrepancies

Hi

Were there any significant changes to the process flow or 3D modelling logic in the recent update?
I have been working on a model for the last 3 months. When I run the file in the newly released Update 2, my workers seem to quit working after 2 days. If I re-run the file in Update 1 (fortunately I didn't uninstall it) it seems to work fine....

No workers to work seems a bit too real of a current state simulation!

Below is a screenshot of the Experiment results for the same file running in the current and most recent version.

This is the first time I've had an issue upgrading to a newer version.

Thanks

Any way you can share the model to the upload site? I couldn't replicate the issue in a simple model.

Not particularly, I am not allowed to share this model. I could attempt to replicate the code I think is causing the issue, but that is no guarantee it'll work and could take some time.

From what I can tell in the subflow it looks like the resources are being consumed in the PF, but not in the 3D model. ie. Each time they're used they aren't necessarily returned (again this works fine in Update 1).

This is why I asked if there had been any changes to how the PF logic works and / or how PF interacts with the 3D model.

My current work around is to not uninstall Update1 - which is not ideal.

@Dustin B Where you can't share your model, you may want to call your local FlexSim distributor for live support. They can join you over a web meeting where you can troubleshoot together.

Hello @Dustin B,

I emailed you but I wanted this post to be a reference of the progress on this problem for the time being. After Jordan Johnson and I met with you it was determined that your model would need to be look at in further detail with the developers. We are waiting for the model.
