also, I work in a project within a team and whenever someone starts the others have to wait until they finishes in order to complete because of the error that generates when we copy and paste from different models is there a way to work simultaneously without generating errors?

The visualization settings are shared between all conveyors that have the same visualization selected. To customize them individually, add extra visualizations that are only assigned to the specific conveyors and no others.
Have you tried to place what you build into a container object (a plane for example) and copy that over?
In addition you could look into version management using XML. This would allow your team to work on the same model in parallel.
