Ask about File corrupted after archive

When I run the program it works fine, but when I close the program and reopen the save it doesn't work

Does this represent my save mistakes?

I confirm that I have the .fsm! file but even i change it into .fsm it the same mistakes

Remove the Kiva Robots from the list of Process flow attached instances and then re-add them from the group.
