License Error 7174

Hello,

I'm activating my license and got the following error:

Operations error: 7174 Only deployed entitlement line item can be fulfilled. [Incident# 3189-531168120]

All PCs with this same license number got this error.

Can you help me?

7174 is an error you get when the license is in a state that does not allow it to be activated.

Without knowing the activation ID we can't know for sure the problem. Here are some common scenarios:

If this was a timed license that has expired, it will no longer be a viable license and was likely obsoleted.
If the license was upgraded, you need to make sure you're using the latest version of the activation ID, as the old versions won't work once an upgrade of the same license has been used.
If the license model was changed from standalone to license-server (or vice-versa) you may be trying to use an old license that is replaced.
