ASRS - 4 ΕΞΟΔΟΙ - 4CB_autosave.fsmIn the attached model i have noticed that the asrs6 and asrs7 are picking less pallets than the other ones. At first i thought that this problem was created because of the congestion in the conveyors, but it is not that.

What makes you think it is not that? Visually it suggests that is the problem:
You could try limiting entry into the loop conveyors based on capacity and have the pallets circulate if they cannot exit the loop, instead of accumulating at the exit point and stopping the entries, as this will penalize the aisles with the latest entry points.
I've noticed that in the first 24 minutes were the model is running, ASRS7 and ASRS6 pick up 1 and 6 pallets each, while the rest have already pick 20-25. That is why i thought that the conveyor had nothing to do with that.
The problem could be that all pallets are available from all storage objects but you're not specifying any aisle from which to pick. You could randomise those with the same bay number. To satisfy yourself that it's working as you need I would create a log of the pallets chosen and from which aisle they are coming.
