Series changeover time.

In my model I produce for example 250 pieces A and the machine has a set-up time before launching the series. I don't think I can found it in "set up time" because this time is associated just with one series, I just want to tell FlexSim I have for example 15min of assembly before launching my pieces on the machine. And also I want Flexsim to associate each time with each type of pieces from one batch to another. Thank you.

FlexSim 22.2.2

There is a picklist option which add a setup time whenever an item type changes. It is up to your design to call or edit the right label, which is responsible for this picklist option to get properly executed. If this option works only with an item label called Type, you call your actual label “Type” differently in your model to use the fixed name only with this kind of operation. OR you edit the source code or picklist option to work with a differently called label.
You could transfer any data from a label called “Type“ before you need it in a setup time function to a different label and use “Type” for its purpose in this setup time picklist function.
