I can't reproduce this issue - does it always happen or only under some circumstances and if so how do you generate those? You've said your version is 22.1.2 which is not the latest bug fix release - I recommend you use 22.2.3 or 22.0.9.
It happens occasionally and I don't know why.
Maybe it's caused by the graphics card.
Possibly - but the others are clickable so that's odd. Try a latest bug fix release and update your graphics drivers to their latest version. Then if you can consistently create the issue come back and tell us the steps so that we can diagnose it. Thanks.
