I created a sample model based on your description.
I used 12 tokens to act as "tokens generators", following the intervals set in the time by case option of a delay activity.
In the "create tokens", notice that the label Type is copied, in case you want to use it later. Colors are used just to give visual validation.
Check the model attached.
I hope it works.
