FlexSim crashes when importing background

Hi,

FlexSim crashes when importing backgrounds.

However, sometimes it can be imported normally, and sometimes the following error message is output.

Do you have any idea why?

Also, is there a function that can identify the cause like a crash report when such a problem occurs?

@Ryusuke T , Do you have an example for a file which caused an error in the past? Have you experienced that some datatypes produces more errors than others?

Just a general graphics suggestion: if there is ever unexpected graphics behavior, it is a good idea to upgrade your graphics drivers to the latest version.

We have tested in multiple environments and the graphics driver versions are all up to date.

I have searched the internet by the error message. First hit got me to this forum and an answer in initial question comment.

A restricted search over "site:nvidia.com OpenGL error 3 subcode 7"

has brought me to this remark

As mentioned earlier, NVidia driver error code 3 can be caused when your system is running low on memory or other resources.
If this is the case, or your computer has insufficient memory to run the device, close some apps to avail more memory
