In my model, there are two transporters (transporter 1 and transporter 2). The flow of picking and dropping is as you can see in the model when you run and it is fixed. But, when the transporter2 drops the empty pallet into Queue 6. The transporter1 is not picking up the empty pallet (it should drop in Queue 7) as in the process flow. The token is being acquired but the transporter1 is not picking the empty pallet on entry of Queue6.
How to prioritize this flow ? Please help.
Use the resource queue strategy to order by some token label you set up for priority.
