Make multiple people go inside the elevator bank and go to Different floor

Hi , i need some guidance and help with the elevator bank as I want an different people going different floor. But i seem to do it only to 2nd floor but not the rest of the floor, at the same time I need create a bottleneck at the lift lobby at level 1. Hope someone can help me

Hi @Jenson,

It seems that currently your model is set up so that the only location available for patients to acquire is "Chairs1". If you want people to travel to different locations you will need to add the different locations. One way to do this is by creating a group of locations that includes both chair locations, and then having the locations resource reference this group.

My model requires 2 lift to be opposite of each other rather than be it side by side

@Jenson, All you have to do is add another elevator across from the first and make sure it is added to the A* navigator.

@Jenson ,have you tried to rotate in quick property panel the elevator bank object by 180 degree for matrix value rz. If an elevator bank has not got a defined entry, you can place barrier objects around it to create a defined entry.

Or you can place a waiting line object to the entry side.
