In Appendix B of the Flexsim HC Training manual, slides 181 and 182 show and speak about the Elevator Bank Controller. How is the Controller accessed?
The Elevator Bank object (which is a dispatcher like all the Group objects) is the blue square underneath a set of elevators.
As a matter of note, the appendix slides for the elevator may be showing outdated images for the elevator bank properties...
