Operator and Elevator Not operation

Used items: Source, Operator, People model's Elevator Bank, Queue, Plane, A Star and Grid.

Objectives: To do A Star's Elevator Bank, the Operator takes the elevator to place the item to the
Queue on the second floor.

Operation process:
1. Place the Source,Queue1, Operator, and Elevator Bank on Z location 0.
2. Place the Queue2 and sink1 on Z location 5.
3. Build A Star and Grid.

Problem Description:
There was a problem,Opertort and elevator can not operation,Operator stop on Queue1.

I was able to successful recreate your model and run it correctly when creating the A* and Grid for the first and second floor before adding the Elevator Bank to the model. There is more description/instruction about this found in the Manual.
