In my attached model, I graph certain milestone-milestone times on the graph "Duration of Procedure Phases". I noticed that at one point, my "BAL" had a duration of >18 min (see screenshot) when I run it a bunch of times. Why would this be? The process time for "BAL" is set to one minute in my global table. The BAL interval is defined as being the time between two milestones: "EndSample" and "EndTreatment" not simply the BALtime delay so would include any waiting time for ORNurse or Surgeon staff resources.
Yes the calculated table is doing something weird as it updates for each patient. Each value goes negative as they progress until the most obvious difference occurs for the BAL milestone:
