Bug/Oversight: State Gantt Chart not working with BasicTE

As discovered in this post, the state gantt Statistics Collector currently does not work with BasicTE objects.

It seems that when updating the collector to fix the issue for BasicFR objects, the corresponding TE class was not added to the requirement code as well.
