why TE cant pick up items from rack?

I'm working on AGV templates.


i'm curious about this model that why agv pick up flowitems from conveyors which move inside the rack, but don't pick up items which are taken from racks?


plz help! I'm not sure why it doesnt work!

All tasks involving items from the racks are forwarded to ControlPoint100. However, when unloading something to the rack, the TEs are always send to ControlPoint66 where they get a new task to transport something to the rack. So they only ever pass CP100 while busy, not checking for tasks.

but how to make agv pickup items from rack before it reaches to control point 66..?!!

I'd suggest to make all control points on the side with the rack part of the NextWorkPoint loop. That way AGVs will pickup items they come across after unloading.

You should then also move CP66 to be between the dropoff and pickup points on the other side, so that AGVs unload the outbound item before arriving at it and can then pull a new (inbound) task.
