How to make cube's corners smoother?

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to make cube's corners smoother in case of big object? I would like to use modified cube as a floor for my model, because of the inproper view of plane in RTX mode but when I make the cube bigger, the mentioned corners are not smooth as you can see in the attached model down below. Is it possible to modify this?

Thank you.

That would required editing the .3ds file of the box object, as far as I know.

At that point you could also make your own shape in any 3D animation software (for example Blender), export it and load it in FlexSim.

Attached are two examples, one with sharp edges and one with rounded edges with more vertices to make it appear smoother at a large size.

One thing, that I have spotted is that if I want to change color of this object it does not do anything? Does this work for you?

Thank you.

You can edit the original object, but these days it's probably easier to edit the mesh in FlexSim from the More Visuals button and then the tools icon to the right of the shapes path:

Select the part of the mesh you want to change color and override it with "Use Object Color" selected.
