Dynamic pallet. A pallet size is without packed content. Lately in version 23 a pallet considers packed content as size of pallet. If you look for this problem on this site you find several examples to prevent this problem. I linked my solution. The involved pallet works, but it was a subject, I had with stacking in queues.
Since the number of pallets per slot is supposed to be fixed in this case (two per slot), I would suggest to simply add this as a condition to the Slot Assignment Strategy.
I also noticed that the model becomes quite slow after a while. This happens because you have thousands of items waiting in the source. Whenever space becomes available in Rack10, the Pull Requirement (which includes the Slot Assignment Strategy) is evaluated for each of these items which slows down the model dramatically.
You can work around this by either using the interarrival time setting in the source (not create more than item in the source at a time) or by placing a queue with a maximum content of 1 inbetween the source and rack.
