I have to show that AGV is picking item from conveyor end. But it is not happening. The reason is I am pushing item to list at on exit trigger and item will exit only when it will be picked by AGV. There is no other trigger available for conveyor which will ensure that item has reached at conveyor end.
How can we resolve it in this case?

Use a decision point or photo eye at the end of the conveyor to push the item to the list.
(You can also get an exit transfer that is not connected to anything by dragging a connection from the conveyor to some object and then delete that object. You coudl then also use that transfer's Send to Port field to push to the list.)
