How do I get the average staytime of two objects in Dashboard?

Which value are you looking to get: The average of the average staytime per processor (7.5 in example) or the average staytime of the items that pass through either processor (6.66... in example)?
To get the first, you will have to get this "manually" by editing the Statistics Collector behind the staytime chart to include an extra row with the average or by reading this value from the default collectors table through a Calculated Table.
For the second value you can a Composite Staytime chart.
