Bug: Non-US letters displaying incorrectly in dashboard graphs

Hey everyone.

After the 17.1.0 (or perhaps even before then), european letters have begun displaying incorrectly in graph titles. (See screenshots below) Letters, sush as Æ, æ Ø, ø Å, å, Ü, ü, Ä, ä, ñ, É, é for example.

Is there any way to fix this?

This is a bug introduced with the UTF-8 change in 17.1.0. I've fixed this for the next 17.1 bug-fix release.

This error not to display in dashboard documentation should be fixed.

This show the screen in the 17.1.2.
