Trouble with Experimenter

For some reason after running my experiment all of my carton station utilizations and operator utilizations are the exact same in every scenario even though in the actual dashboards they should change based on every different pouch buffer value. Im super confused on why this is happening, any help is appreciated.

This model looks a bit odd - you create a token every time an item enters a pouch buffer and then pull between 1 and 50 of them from the list. But actually this means each token will only pull one item from the list since they are a 1:1 match - is this what you intended?

This is the intention, each item comes one at a time to the packing station which triggers a box to be created in which the operator has to pack the item in. No other items can enter the packing station until the operator is done with the pack. I just found it surprising that none of the utilizations changed.

Then you don't need to push/pull from the list - you can just use the event triggered source to put the item label on the token.

Hi @Aaupadhye ,

It looks like the experimenter is running as expected. You have 10 scenarios which change the number of Pouch Buffers from 1 to 10. When looking at the dashboard after changing the value of Pouch Buffers in the Parameters table, you will notice they return the same values no matter what the value of Pouch Buffers is. This concludes that based on how the model is set up, the number of pouch buffers doesn't affect operator utilizations or carton station utilization.

1 Pouch Buffer:

10 Pouch Buffers:

You can also change the "delete and copy out objects" in your parameters table to offset the 3D objects so you can easier visualize what the parameter is changing. Let me know if that makes sense or if you need to change your parameters.
