Arrival Schedule doesn't match the date

I have 63 flow items with different arrival times between 1/3/2023 and 3/27/2023. When I use the arrival schedule in a simple model with only a source and queue I can see arrival matches with the model date. However when I use the same arrival table in a more complicated model it is not working and some arrivals happen past the 3/27/2023 date. My source is blocked 0% of the time because it is connected to a queue with 1000 max content. I am confused what the issue could be and the model is too large too attach. Any ideas what the issue is and how I can fix it?

Hey @MohammadMajd, you can upload your model to here:

And let us know the name of your file so we can find it after it is uploaded.

Hi @MohammadMajd! I'm not sure why the schedule source doesn't work. I've done some tests using the date/time source in process flow and you can see a clear difference in the number of boxes between the two:

I'm not 100% sure why that happens, I'll check into it more and see if it's a bug that should be reported to the dev team. In the meantime, you can use a simple process flow like this:

Where the source is similar to your to your original source:

It's nice because it lets you choose more settings. Some things to be aware of are that I set the time mode to be From Time 0 (you need to be in the Advanced mode at the top) and the Arrival Spacing (at the bottom) to be at scheduled time. The rest is pretty self explanatory.

For the Create Object I put these labels on the boxes to check if things are being created at the right time and compare, which might be helpful for you.

Then the sink is just to get rid of the token.

I hope that helps for now, I'll let you know if that's a bug that needs to be fixed!

Hey @MohammadMajd! I looked at your model more and the issue is that the source was added to the Time Table and entered a down state that delayed your objects coming for the time of the that delay. If you take your source out of the list on TimeTable1 it works as expected. I'll send the issue into dev for consideration!
