The issue with your statistics collector is that the event "On exit" of the control point isn't triggered when the agv passes by it.
In order to obtain the time you want, you would need to use the "On Deallocate" trigger if your CP is type "Deallocate When Past Current" or the "On Allocate" of the next CP if their type is "Deallocate at Next Control Point".
