How can I get the "source" to deliver the next batch when it finishes processing a batch already distributed in different "queues"?

First you need to identify the event when the batch is complete. This may be best done using a process flow.
You can control a source by opening/closing ports, but once you have the process flow event you can just create the next batch using process flow.
