Your issue is that your trucks are not the first center connection to the processors that are sending the item.
Considering you have mentioned you do not remember how to use FlexSim, I think you would highly benefit from reviewing our tutorials. The issues you are encountering are basic and you must retain the knowledge to use FlexSim.
