Tracked Variable

Hi, I'm looking to set up some tracked variables for different types of items in my model, like time in the system and work in progress. I'm a bit confused about how to go about creating these variables. Should I configure them in the same way as in this model? Why the charts don't show up in the model and which object each chart is referring to?

The issue I'm facing is that for the composite WIP or WIP by Type chart, it's not displaying the data or reading the type labels I've assigned to each object. Are there more info or a demo model on how to create the charts other than what is described here: https://docs.flexsim.com/en/23.2/Reference/PropertiesPanels/DashboardPanels/Options/Options.html#tv

The model in the example you provided seems to be working fine, you just need to increase the model run speed quite a bit to see the results. In order to really see and manipulate the data in the charts, you need to install the chart (click on the chart, go to Properties > Advanced > Install). This will create a Statistics Collector. I've made another simple model to hopefully demonstrate this a little clearer. You can learn more about how the Statistics Collector works here.
