Right modeling environment for healthcare clinic with storage

I want to start a healthcare modeling project for a clinic that has storage racks. We'll be tracking items as they come into the clinic and get stored in different places. I'm wondering if it's best to kick things off in the healthcare environment, where I might have access to storage features, or if I should start in the general environment and check out the healthcare tools and charts from there. Do I have access to all features of both environments if I start in either environment?

Thanks

You can easily switch between the environments at any time by clicking the environments button in the top right. It doesn't really matter much which one you start in.

You have access to all the features in either environment, however the Healthcare environment by default hides some of the general features. For example, the library in Healthcare is set to hide most of the categories except people related objects. But the visibility of library categories can be managed for the current environment by going to File > Global Preferences and going to the Libraries tab.

Thanks @Matthew Gillespie for the answer!

Is the People library in General environment is equal to Healthcare then?
