FlexSim Webserver can only be started with the enter key

Hi,

I have completed the installation of FlexSim Webserver and node.js. Next, I double clicked on the desktop shortcut icon and the page stuck, always staying in the following image

After I press the Enter key, it will switch and stay in the following image

Press the Enter key again to switch to the final interface

Afterwards, the client's access is normal. Please help to see why webserver cannot automatically start

More information：

webserver vesion：2021.0.0 & 2022.2.0，Both versions have been tested

Operating system： Windows10

computer network environment： internal network of company

Installation directory：C:\Program Files (x86)，C drive administrator privileges have been enabled.I have tried installing on D drive , ultimately encountering the same problem.

FlexSim 23.2.0

@yuan zhang,

It seems that the Enter key is just getting you through the Windows User Account Control (UAC) security prompts, even though you can't see them. I wonder if the problem is with how the Windows permissions are configured on your system.

In the animation, after pressing Enter for the first time, the prompt flashes this:

And then after pressing Enter the 2nd time the application starts. This suggests that the Enter keystrokes you make are interacting with the Windows UAC prompts, even if you can't see them. Under default Windows security configurations, you'll normally see an interface like this when starting the FlexSim Webserver:

Please look into your Windows security settings around the UAC prompts. Hopefully you'll find a good solution.
