There isn't a straightforward way to do this, partially due to how the conveyors are designed.
You can write a script to rotate the conveyor. Note that this should only be done as part of building a conveyor system, not during the model run. The attached example model has two user commands you can use to rotate a conveyor about the middle Z.
You could place the conveyor in a container/plane and rotate that instead.
