Is there a way to make processors and operators to finish the process that they have already started after the model stop time?

Can you explain why you would wish to do this? It is possible to destroy the events of objects and preempt and abort tasks on task executers but I'd like to know more about your use case, should there be a better solution.
Based on my system's assumptions the machines have to be empty at the end of the work day and I want to include those objects in the throughput.
Okay but that could also be done by not taking the last item because there's not enough time to process it in the day - and wouldn't that be more realistic?
Instead of this I would recommend not pulling items that can't be completed before the shift end. You might find this answer helpful.
