A problem with the number of items carried by the operator

Hi! I have a question about the done project in flexsim in the 23.2.1 version, does anyone know maybe why the operator at some point carries 2,3 finished products each instead of 1? I would add that in the capacity settings it is set to 1. In the attached file you can find details:)

@Iza, first question, do you use process flow to let this operator carry items? If yes, then you are responsible to build a special logic for this circumstance. A capacity is only relevant, for a 3D logic. Otherwise it is only like a label without any logical meaning for process flow.

Are he carrying products packed in a combiner? A packed item can hold many items, but the container item is only counted as one item at all.
