I use moveobject() to assign cases on my first queue. Some operators will have to take care 2 processors and some operators may have fewer cases. In the later queues, I would like to have flow items to be sent to another queues that the operator is available there. Or make the operators to cover for each other when processor is waiting for the dedicated operators.
I do not want to use dispatcher but would like to make groups.
