Transporters do not move when receiving pallets

I have a pallet reception model, where there are 3 types of origins and from there they have a different label. The pallets arrive at the reception and are transferred to the respective racks.

There are two transporters and they have a specific schedule.

There are 3 work shifts, but I used 2 transporters, I don't know if that has any influence.

- My problem is that there are times when the transporters do not move, and it makes the queue in the Queue tend to infinity.
- I'm not sure if the Down Function option to pinpoint a point on the map makes it difficult to resume tasks.
- I try to ensure that in the model the arrival time of the pallets at reception is not greater than 40 pallets in queue, since it would exceed the actual data taken.
- I'm not sure if it is better to use 2 transporters to perform three turns, or it is better to model the corresponding 6 transporters, since there are 2 transporters per turn.
- Is it better to carry out a Process Flow to avoid problems with movement or cancellation of tasks? to prevent transporters from freezing.MODELO C.fsm
- In general, the pallets that arrive per day are divided into 3 origins: Prepared 222 in 24 hours, Carton Freezer 96 in 24 hours and IQF 567 in 24 hours. With a range of +- 10

The idea of this model is to reduce the queue at reception, but for this the data must reflect reality (between 20 and 40 pallets in Queue) and since the transporters move us, the model does not allow me to see what would happen, or how I can improve it.

It seems that a bug got introduced into the "Travel to Loc" task with A* navigation that causes the task to never finish. I could replicate the issue in a very simple example model.

If you instead have the transporters travel to an object in the down function, the model works correctly.
