turn item degrees on two way conveyor

Hello,

I want to turn item 90 degrees when it stopped at photo eye on conveyor. Conveyor has two way. If I change its orientation and set rotation in photo eye triggers, item can't really turn 90 degrees. Hence, I tried to use kinematics in processflow but it will turn back when finish. How can I setting in processflow? Thank's.

The item position is overridden by the conveyor kinematics. You have to use the "Movement" options in the triggers of Decision Point, Photo Eye or Station.

You can copy the respective into a Process Flow activity as long as you supply the "item" and "conveyor" variables in the header yourself.

Can you upload the model from the screenshot/gif? I can't replicate the issue without the exact settings.
