For example, I want to extract the table I have in the model I'm sharing.
You can open the model setting gui from the menu Edit->Model Settings where you'll see the option to Export Embedded Media:
But in your case you can just refer to the shape in your new model using the path:
modules\People\shapes\locations\table.3ds
