How to use Statistics Collector for Patient arrivals

I am trying to keep a track on patient arrival time to the admitting department. I am using statistics collector for kisok entry for this purpose. The patient entry is not updating in the table. Is there different way to track the patient arrival rate in the department all your answers are welcome.

It looks like you just need to change the Event Value for the Entry column to be data.person.name and then change the storage type to be a string. (The data entry has a person label, and that person has a name label.) I've attached this example model if you want to reference it. 1707864954997.png1707865160510.png
