Operator is waiting to empty the space on conveyor.

Hello All,

In this model at combiner operator taking more time to complete the task. so that other boxes also waiting in queue on conveyor so that space is not available for operator to transfer boxes from processor.

For example, at processor5 operator is not transferring boxes on conveyor because space is not available on conveyor so that I want to do that operator will transfer boxes over the boxes and after that when box will move then processor5 box will move but after that it will move to processor6.I don't want that processor 5 boxes will move with that box which over the box is place.

Hey @Tushar H, you could try adding Photo Eyes (PEs) to the conveyor to create a restricted area so boxes will stop and leave a gap for Type 5 boxes to go through.
