item stuck on the conveyor

Your model is unfortunately not repeatable at the moment (run to the block point slowly and then again fast forwarding to see this) and so we won't send it to the developers for further analysis.

You can try to make it repeatable by checking for mistakes (object reset positions and labels you're not resetting for example) and by checking the event log differences. Here's an example of the event log difference I found:

You do seem to be moving objects off of conveyors without stopping them or updating their locations, and without exiting through a transfer which is often an issue. The fact that you have a side exit may also be playing into this.

Once it repeats, that will be a good indication you're not doing something 'risky' and the problem of stuck items may disappear or at least at that point we can send it to the developers.

Another quick point - I found in previous models that having items overlap the sides of conveyors can cause issues, especially as a complex intersection - so that's another thing you can try to tidy up.
